Pricing

One number decides your price: how many images your book has.

Images are what humans review, so images are what you pay for. Everything else - the check, the findings, the mechanical fixes - comes with it. The exact price is on your report before you pay, and it never changes at checkout.

The formula, in the open: $19 minimum, then about 40¢ per image. A 12-image novel is $19. A 96-image garden book is $38. A 240-image textbook is $96. No tiers to decode, no "contact us" until you're a vendor with fifty clients.

The two things that do cost extra - said here, not at checkout

Specialist descriptions - complex charts and maps you route to our specialist tier instead of describing yourself: $6 per image, shown before you send it. Most books have zero to three.
Fixed-layout redesign - we don't do it, and we don't charge for it. The report names the pages and recommends a design partner. That honesty is the product.
And if you shouldn't pay at all: microenterprises (under 10 staff and €2M turnover) are exempt from the EAA. If that's you, the free report may honestly be all you need - the exemption, explained.

The questions that decide it

Who carries the liability?

You stay the certifier; we prepare and document. Reflow never asserts conformance on anything a human didn't review, and the report separates machine actions from your approvals - so if a claim is ever challenged, you show the working.

Why images, and not file size or page count?

Because images are the human minutes. Mechanical fixes cost us nearly nothing and we don't price-gouge them; descriptions need your judgement, and the price funds that review being fast and calm. A price that surprises at checkout is a refund - so it never does.

What's free, exactly?

The whole report: every finding, in plain words, unblurred, exportable. Charging starts only when we fix the file - and the fix carries a guarantee: if the delivered file fails EPUBCheck, you don't pay.
